Kyalpo LLC delivers internet-based communication services, including hosted PBX links, virtual DID allocations, and SIP trunk interfaces. Quality parameters—including speech clarity, connection delay, and data packet success rates—are subject to the stability of your underlying ISP and global routing transits.
Our network supports standard SIP transmission configurations and handles traffic within set limits.
As a platform client, you accept responsibility for managing internal administrative credentials, safeguarding terminal passwords, and configuring linked softphones or hardware units.
Furthermore, users must maintain local emergency communication routing configurations (including setup parameters for E911 calling where applicable).
Users agree to settle the recurring service charges, usage rates, and setup fees specified within their selected enterprise plan. All bills are processed according to the transaction cycles listed inside our payment portal.
Unpaid accounts or overdue balances may experience administrative routing suspensions or call restrictions after notification.
All components of the Kyalpo LLC platform—including web designs, interface systems, API structures, graphics assets, code blocks, patents, and corporate logos—belong exclusively to Kyalpo LLC.
Platform engagement provides an operational license strictly to utilize the communication tools as configured; no source properties or copyrights are transferred.
Platform availability is subject to maintenance schedules, carrier upgrades, third-party internet transits, and external factors beyond our direct control.
While Kyalpo LLC strives to uphold our standard up-time SLAs, we do not warrant that our services will operate completely uninterrupted or error-free during regional network incidents.
We reserve the right to restrict voice lines, suspend web accounts, or terminate service agreements for accounts that violate AUP guidelines or remain overdue past standard payment timelines.
Clients can terminate accounts in accordance with the notice guidelines listed inside their active corporate plan.
Our telecom systems and interfaces are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Kyalpo LLC disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including structural performance guarantees or suitability for specific technical goals.
Kyalpo LLC's total liability under any service terms is capped at the total fees paid by you to Kyalpo LLC in the twelve months immediately preceding the event.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings must be initiated in courts of competent jurisdiction located within Houston, Texas.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining parameters will remain in full force.
